Day 2...

Day 2... Not as terrible as day 1. Actually, I finished. Didn't do the workout as prescribed and definitely need tons of work on form. Lighter weight the better.

And So It Begins...


So, I started this about 10 months ago with the full intentions of getting liked minded people in Baltimore together and post about Crossfit, Marathon Training, Triathlons, and what not. Well, It didn't seem to work out to well back then.
About 6 months ago I got pretty unmotivated to do anything, I was looking for a job, preparing to get out of the Marine Corps, and just getting back from Iraq. So, needless to say I have not worked out for about 6 months. Until today...

I went down to Crossfit BWI this evening. Let me add I ate like shit today. McDonalds breakfast, and a pastrami sandwich from whole foods. I know... terrible... and I payed.
So anyways, I did my first Crossfit workout in about 6 months today. Got through the warm up and I was hurting... Started the WOD, 15 minutes in I was puking. Was only able to finish half the work out. Pathetic...
Crossfit like anything, if you don't use it you'll lose and you'll pay when you come back.
I figure by next month I'll be back in the swing of things. This first month is going to be slow journey to the top.
